Chardham Yatra

India has various diversified religions, and both religious and non-religious individuals visit religious places in India just to get an idea of other religions and beliefs. India has Hinduism as its unique religion with many gods, goddesses, and strange customs. In India, each religion has its importance, having different festivals coming from different cultures and this makes India full of different colors. Indian festivals like Diwali, and Holi in Hinduism, Lohri, and Baisakhi in Sikhism, and other such festivals are celebrated throughout the year. 

Varanasi, or Banaras or Kashi, which is in Uttar Pradesh, is one of the oldest inhabited cities in the world and is also considered the cultural capital of India. Here you can also taste marijuana, also called bhang, as many government-certified shops are there that offer ‘bhang lassi’. You can also find this bhang sold on the street sides. In Varanasi, you can visit Kashi Vishwanath temple, Tulsi Manas Temple, Bharat Mata temple and also there are many sacred ghats and the view of sunset and sunrise with the sweet tone of bells in the temple makes this environment mesmerizing. Harmandir Sahib, which is popularly known as the Golden Temple, is the most important religious site of Sikhism. People of all religions and faiths are allowed to visit this place.
