Payment TermsFirst InstallmentTo confirm your complete tour package, an advance payment of 40% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.For hotel-only reservations, 40% of the total accommodation cost must be paid as the initial deposit.For vehicle or transportation bookings, a 40% advance of the total transport cost is necessary to secure the service.Helicopter bookings require 100% payment upfront to confirm the reservation. Second InstallmentFor complete tour packages, the next 35% of the total package price must be paid at least 30 days before departure.For hotel bookings, an additional 40% of the total amount is due 30 days prior to travel.For transportation services, the second payment of 40% of the total cost must also be cleared 30 days before departure. Final InstallmentThe remaining 25% balance of the total tour package must be paid 15 days before the departure date.For hotel bookings, the final 20% balance is payable 15 days prior to arrival.For transportation bookings, the last 20% payment must be completed at least 15 days before the journey. While we strive to operate the tour as planned, compensation or refunds for such changes will not be applicable.
