After reviewing the proposal, you can confirm your booking by transferring the required advance amount to any of our designated bank accounts as per the payment schedule below. Payment Terms First InstallmentTo confirm your complete tour package, an advance payment of 40% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.For hotel-only reservations, 40% of the total accommodation cost must be paid as the initial deposit.For vehicle or transportation bookings, a 40% advance of the total transport cost is necessary to secure the service.Helicopter bookings require 100% payment upfront to confirm the reservation.Second InstallmentFor complete tour packages, the next 35% of the total package price must be paid at least 30 days before departure.For hotel bookings, an additional 40% of the total amount is due 30 days prior to travel.For transportation services, the second payment of 40% of the total cost must also be cleared 30 days before departure.Final InstallmentThe remaining 25% balance of the total tour package must be paid 15 days before the departure date.For hotel bookings, the final 20% balance is payable 15 days prior to arrival.For transportation bookings, the last 20% payment must be completed at least 15 days before the journey.Tour Itinerary PolicyWe reserve the right to modify, amend, or adjust the tour itinerary if required. Guests will be informed of any changes in advance via phone, email, or the most suitable communication method available. Adjustments may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation disruptions, natural events, or political situations. While we strive to operate the tour as planned, compensation or refunds for such changes will not be applicable Hotel Booking PolicyHotel reservations are arranged on behalf of our guests through our network of trusted partner hotels. Although rates are regularly updated on our website, prices may fluctuate due to seasonal demand, long weekends, or festive periods. We strongly recommend confirming the final cost via email before making payment.Room images and listed amenities on hotel websites are for reference only and may vary. Requests for adjacent rooms, the same floor, or non-smoking rooms are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.We reserve the right to replace a pre-booked hotel or room category with a similar option in situations such as overbooking, maintenance issues, or utility failuresCheck-in and check-out times differ by property. Early check-in or late checkout may incur additional charges and depend on room availability. Child policies and extra bed charges also vary from hotel to hotel Vehicle Booking PolicyTransportation is arranged through reliable vendors to ensure a comfortable journey. However, factors such as fuel price changes, state taxes, toll fees, and maintenance costs are beyond our control; therefore, rates may change without prior notice.If the originally reserved vehicle is unavailable, a similar category vehicle will be provided. Vehicles (AC or non-AC) are arranged as requested; however, any unexpected mechanical or technical issues, including air-conditioning failure during the trip, will not qualify for refunds or vehicle replacement unless the vehicle becomes unfit for travel. Amendments or Changes After BookingAny request for modifications must be submitted in writing via email.All amendments will be treated as a new booking and are subject to availability at the time of the request. Additional costs arising from the changes will be borne by the guest. An amendment fee of ₹1000 will be applicable for each change.

All booking cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to ensure proper documentation. Cancellation fees will apply based on the type of travel services booked. Hotel and airline cancellations will be processed according to their respective policies and terms. Package Tour Cancellation Charges30 working days or more before departure: 25% of the total tour package cost will be deducted as cancellation fees.Between 29 and 16 working days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.Less than 15 working days before departure: 100% of the total package amount will be non-refundable.Balance Payment PolicyThe full remaining balance must be cleared before the trip commencement date. The company reserves the right to request complete payment up to 30 days prior to departure to secure all travel arrangements.We also reserve the right to revise tour prices due to circumstances beyond our control, including currency fluctuations, peak-season surcharges, fuel price increases, supplier rate changes, government tax revisions, visa fee updates, or modifications in travel logistics. Any such price adjustments must be settled in full before departure.

Itinerary

Day 01 Day 01 – Pune → Delhi → Haridwar (232 km | Approx. 6 Hours)

Begin your journey from Pune by boarding a flight or train to Delhi. Upon arrival at the airport or railway station, meet our representative and proceed by road to Haridwar, one of India’s most sacred pilgrimage destinations. After reaching Haridwar, check into your hotel and take some time to relax. In the evening, step out to experience the peaceful atmosphere along the riverbanks and visit the revered Har Ki Pauri. Witness the enchanting Ganga Aarti, where rhythmic prayers, glowing lamps, and devotional hymns create a deeply spiritual ambiance. Following this divine experience, return to the hotel for dinner and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay in Haridwar.

Day 02 Day 02 - Haridwar to Guptkashi (205 km / 7–8 hrs)

After breakfast, proceed towards Guptkashi via scenic mountain roads, river valleys, and breathtaking landscapes. En route, enjoy views of the Mandakini River and lush Himalayan surroundings. Upon arrival, check into the hotel and prepare for the Kedarnath trek the next day. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.

Day 03 Day 03- Guptkashi – Gaurikund – Kedarnath (30 km drive + 16 km trek)

Drive to Gaurikund, the starting point of the Kedarnath trek. Begin your trek to Kedarnath Temple, surrounded by snow-capped peaks and divine energy. Pony, palki, and helicopter services are available (optional) for a more comfortable journey. After reaching Kedarnath, visit the sacred temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and attend the evening aarti. Overnight stay near Kedarnath.

Day 04 Kedarnath to Guptkashi

Wake up early for morning Darshan at Kedarnath Temple and soak in the peaceful spiritual atmosphere. After breakfast, trek back to Gaurikund and drive to Guptkashi. Spend the evening at leisure and relax after the adventurous trek. Overnight stay in Guptkashi

Day 05 Guptkashi to Rishikesh (190 km / 7 hrs)
